How do I create an account?
  1) CLICK HERE and complete the new customer information form.
2) After completing the registration form, your account will be pending activation. You will be able to continue using the site, but unable to view pricing or place orders.
3) You will be contacted by your sales representative and your account will be activated. You will be able to view pricing and place orders.

How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping? does not currently calculate shipping at the time of checkout. Shipping charges are calculated once the order is packed and weighed. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service, or your sales representative.
I forgot my password.

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

What is your return policy?
  Stock Transfers:
• All returns must be first approved by Art Brands, and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (R.A.) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returns must be within 30 days from receipt of order.
• No credit issued without merchandise Return Authorization and merchandise receipt by Art Brands.
• All returned freight cost is at the customer’s expense.
• Returns may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
• Refused or undelivered shipments are also subject to a 25% re-stocking fee unless the order is re-shipped within 10 business days. Secondary freight charges will apply.
• Credits issued must be used within 12-months from the date of issue.
• Any discrepancies with merchandise received (ie. Shortages, incorrect or damaged product, etc.) must be reported to Art Brands within 48 hours of receipt.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All transfers should be inspected prior to being applied on garments. Art Brands is not responsible for the costs associated with any damaged or mis-printed apparel.

Custom Transfers:
• Custom orders cannot be returned.
When will my order ship?
  Stock transfer orders generally ship same day if placed before 12:00pm EST Monday - Friday, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact your sales representative or customer service in urgent situations. Custom transfers orders and orders with other products vary, please contact your sales representative or customer service.
