Do I have to pay sales tax?
  We only charge sales tax to customers located in Ohio without a vendors license. If you are located in Ohio and have a vendors license, please CLICK HERE to contact customer service. You will need to complete a tax exempt form.

  Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices. PLEASE NOTE: Order changes made by you or your representative after your order was locked, may not be reflected in receipts or invoices accessed via the website. How do I view pricing?
  You must first register as a customer to view pricing. Please CLICK HERE and complete the registration form. After completing the registration form, your account will be pending approval. You will be able to view products on the site, but unable to view pricing or place orders until you are contacted by an Art Brands representative.
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.
